ReplyDeleteYou have got to learn how to embrace the treadmill. I did 4+ hours on it yesterday and that is no where near my longest TM run. I am ready for spring :-) :-)
ReplyDeleteWelcome to Blogger land! Glad to have you!
ReplyDeleteSorry your Giants took a dive. My best friend is a Giants fan from Jersey.
Meredith - 4+ hours on the treadmill ???? I don't know how you do it. It kills me.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mike, and thanks for dropping by. The truth is, I'm also a Miami Dolphin fan (having lived in Miami for 11 years when I was a kid), which means, I'm even worse off !
It was kind of nice being on the dreadmill, in a nice warm house, watching the Browns play in a snowstorm 100 miles north..
ReplyDeleteTreadmill is good mental training.... as is watching the Giants lose!
ReplyDeleteGO PATRIOTS!
