Super short post today. Work is nuts, but I guess that is what I get for taking 6 days off. Coming back from vacation really stinks.
20 degrees and 6.4 miles of speed work at 4:45 AM this morning. I'm still recovering from the Giants big victory on Sunday night - I think I had one beer too many ! But hey, the G-Men won and are heading to Arizona !
