Angry Running = Better Day

With yesterday's lesson on nutritional deficiency behind me, and in honor of today's New York City Half Marathon, I hit the trails of Rockies with a goal of hitting at least 13.1 miles.  Not as much climbing today as I did with Brennen yesterday (only 1,500 feet), but I motored through 13.3 miles in just under 2 hours.  I certainly felt the effects of yesterday's trek in my legs throughout the run, but, I was so angry about failing to properly prepare that I just kept pushing.  Amazing what a little anger can do for your training.
