Things have been crazy busy this week. My office is in the process of moving from Midtown, NYC to Downtown, NYC, which means there are boxes everywhere. I suppose there is some training benefit to that - I get to practice dodging...quick moves right and left as I walk through the halls. We are all getting brand new offices with new furniture and stuff, but the big, big, big negative about this move is the extra 20-30 minutes it will add to my commute each way....a total bummer.
Training is going fairly well. After an hour stairmaster and spin session on Monday, I put in some nice speed training on Tuesday, and an easy 6.5 miler yesterday. I had planned on another speed session today, but with travel (leaving in about 2 hours) and pacing/crewing duties at Iroquois Trail 100 tomorrow, today was a great day to sleep in.
