Double Dose of Frigid Runs

I don't usually run twice on the same day, but when a friend e-mailed me this afternoon about an evening run, I couldn't resist.  Thankfully, the temperature this evening was much warmer then it was early this morning.

In the AM it was a good paced 6.3 miles in 6.7 degrees.  Ouch !

In the PM, a nice and easy 6 miles on snow covered trails.

Now it is time to settle in, watch American Idol with the girls, followed by the season premier of LOST !

  4. Another LOST fan! You'll have to let us know what you think of this season. I do hope it warms up a bit up in the Northeast.

  9. You know it's alot easier to do training runs in southern states...you started off right this year with the Disney Goofy but then have fallen off the wagon.

I highly recommend Rock and Roll Marathon in Arizona and Mardi Gras Marathon in New Orleans. These are good races and typically warm!

Bring your kids, they would like it (and these places do have cable so you can stay up with Idol or LOST!)
