Had another great run with Dave James on Saturday, putting in nearly 15 miles. So far, Sunday has turned out to be a lazy day, although I did have early thoughts about joining Frank and Emmy in Albany for the Albany Marathon. Unfortunately, snow in the forecast for upstate New York kept me from going.

Great job getting in another nice, long run! You ready for your 50k coming up? Any specific goals? Peace!

What? The snow was nothing homie! Too bad. I could've been your cheerleader :P Dayum!
ReplyDeleteskipping the marathon - no big deal... missing out on the post-race beer, argh! are you doing the celebrate life half in 2 weeks?
ReplyDeleteanthony --we missed you!! The weather was pretty nasty, though --our only goal was to finish in one piece. The best part was the post-race beer and food. Who knows how I will feel next Sunday -I thik you needed a break (15 miles? that's a break?).
ReplyDeleteWhatever happened to Tom and Doug??
Snow would keep me from going. Maybe it's time to call Bob and ask him for his secrets of being able to stay on the treadmill for so long. From the comments of friends though, it looked like you needed a backdown week anyway. Mine is this week, oh how sweet it is when you've been putting in the time.
