What a day in New York for a training run. With temps in the 40s to start, and the high 50s to low 60s soon thereafter, it was a perfect day to meet up with Wayne, Kristen and Dot for a long run at Rockies. The warmer weather brought out tons of runners from winter hibernation. All told, 21+ miles of great fun. What good is a run without pictures .....

Great job getting in the long run! Still looks too cold for me! I'm kind of a wuss when it comes that cold stuff! Oh, and that "crappy" bridge is beautiful from a distance. ha Peace!

looks like you had a great time --I should have joined you --will try and get in 20 on the roads tomm with the 25K plus 4.5 miles --good workout for Wayne --am sure he enjoyed the warmer weather:)
