2009 Badwater Training - Hill Repeats

Went to Bear Mountain today for some road hill repeats.  Found a nice approx. 4 mile up-hill stretch to the top of Bear Mountain, and ran it for about 7 hours.  The last time up was strictly power-walking.  About 5,500 feet ot total elevation gain.  You can click the graph above for a larger view.
