Fun at the TRRC Putnam County Classic

Had a blast today working at a water stop at the 2009 Taconic Road Runners Club Putnam County Classic, sponsored by The National Road Safety Foundation.  Had even more fun with another 40+ minute heat training session in the sauna.  Happy 4th of July !
