Badwater Training Week In Review (May 23 to May 29)

This was a very light week going into the Pineland Farms 50 Mile on Sunday, a race I used to try out some fueling/calorie strategies.  I have begun to slack on the P90X program...there simply isn't enough time in the day to fit in running, weight training and sauna training.  Something has to give, and it will likely mean some modified form of P90X for the next month.

4:45 PM - P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps

Tuesday, May 24
6:45 PM - 3.00 miles in 24:31 (8:10 pace) with 80 degree temps.

Wednesday, May 25
Off day.

Thursday, May 26
5:22 AM - 3.00 miles in 27:00 (9:00 pace).

Friday, May 27
9:26 AM - 4.00 miles in 33:34 (8:24 pace).

Saturday, May 28
Off day.

Sunday, May 29
6:03 AM - 50.00 miles in 9:17:01 in the Pineland Farms 50 Mile race.
