Badwater Training Week In Review (June 20 to June 26)

2 weeks to go.  That's it.  This training week started with some weird leg soreness/tightness, and the result was more cross-training and lots of stretching.  It seems to have worked.  A 7.5 mile run on Tuesday, an easy 3 miles on Saturday, and 22+ miles today made for an easy 32.7 mile running week.

The focus now shifts to two areas - solid heat training and serious packing.  Here's a shot of all the Hammer Nutrition products that have to make their way into our luggage:
